Jessica Denorio’s Journey and MVB’s Commitment to Quality and Client Satisfaction

MVB is owned and operated by Jessica Denorio. Ms. Denorio was born and raised in Las Vegas and graduated from UNLV in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. After college, she worked for a local real estate developer and general contractor, taking on roles ranging from AutoCAD drafter on luxury custom homes to assistant superintendent on multi-family residential construction and commercial tenant improvements.

Ms. Denorio’s experience includes working for a national developer and home builder, where she created a regional library of standard floor plans and developed multiple new master-planned communities. Ms. Denorio has a proven track record of effective communication and problem-solving with local jurisdictions, building department personnel, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. She can excel within restrictive parameters and shortened timeframes to accomplish her clients desired outcomes.

Ms. Denorio’s building code knowledge is an accumulation of 25 years of working in residential construction through numerous code changes, including collaborating with local building officials and municipalities and over a decade of code analysis and consultation in construction litigation and personal injury claims.
